Help with a video or payment
Include the video ID or order reference, your account email and a short description of what happened. For a charge, add the date and amount. Use Recover a video to regain access to a video that has not expired. Videos are available for 30 days after generation, and recovery does not extend that period.
Privacy and deletion requests
To delete a paid or credit-funded video, use the delete option on its page. For unpaid videos, your account or other data, email us from your account email and tell us what you would like removed. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Copyright and photo-permission complaints
If you believe content on AI Rap Videos uses your photo or likeness without permission, or infringes your copyright—including posts shown on our Ideas page—email us with:
- a link to the content, or the video ID;
- what the content is and how it relates to you or your work;
- your contact details and a statement that the information in your complaint is accurate.
We review each complaint and remove or restrict content where appropriate. Please do not send identity documents in your first message; we will ask if we need to verify anything.
