Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains how AI Rap Videos at airapvideos.ai ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use the service. It applies together with our Terms of Service. Privacy questions and requests: support@airapvideos.ai.

The service is for adults only. Do not use it if you are under 18, and do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We also keep sign-in sessions and the IP address used when the account was created, which we use to limit the number of accounts per network.
• Photos and creative inputs: the photos you upload, your chosen scene or effect and video options, the topic or lyrics you write, and your confirmation that you have permission to use the photos and that everyone pictured is 18 or older.
• Generated content: the lyrics, previews and videos created for you, plus job status, errors and expiry times.
• Purchases: your credit balance and history, orders, plans and payment status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Support: messages you send us and the information you include.
• Technical and usage information: device and browser details, pages visited, request times, IP address and logs needed to run, secure and improve the service.

Please do not upload identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information in photos, lyrics or support messages.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide the service: to sign you in, generate and deliver your videos, apply your credits and payments, keep your video library, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, respond to support and rights requests, and meet legal obligations. We may send service emails, such as notices about your videos or purchases.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not use them as public examples or in marketing without your separate permission.

4. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the service, and only as needed for that purpose:

• AI generation: your photos and the generation instructions are sent to SeeAPI, which runs the selected video model (such as Seedance) and returns the result. SeeAPI states that API inputs and outputs are not used for training, keeps request logs for 60 days, and keeps stored inputs, outputs and task data until deletion is requested. See SeeAPI's data-handling policy (reviewed October 2026).
• Hosting, storage and video processing: Cloudflare hosts the site, stores files privately, and runs the processing that adds subtitles, previews and watermarks.
• Payments: Stripe processes card payments and subscriptions under its own privacy policy.
• Sign-in and email: Google provides sign-in; our email provider delivers service emails.
• Analytics and support tools: if we enable analytics or a support chat, those providers receive usage data needed for that function.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users, the public or the service. Providers may process data in the United States or other countries.

5. Storage and retention

• Uploaded photos: we delete our copies after your video is processed. Input photos are set to expire 24 hours after the job is created, and cleanup is retried if it fails; a job still in progress may need them a little longer.
• Previews and videos: available for 30 days after generation completes, then removed from our storage. Payment or account recovery does not extend this period. Download your copy in time.
• Provider copies: removing files from our storage does not automatically delete copies held by SeeAPI. We request provider deletion when you ask us to delete your data, but cannot guarantee its timing.
• Account and business records: account, order, credit, consent, security and support records are kept while your account is active and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

Videos you have downloaded or shared are outside our control and cannot be recalled.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and display preferences, and keep your drafts and access secure. These are needed for the service to work, so we do not show a cookie banner for them. If we use analytics, we prefer privacy-friendly tools that do not track you across other websites, and where the law requires your consent for optional cookies, we will ask for it before setting them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the service, such as signing in, may stop working.

7. Your choices and rights

• Delete a video: use the delete option on a paid or credit-funded video's page; for unpaid videos or other data, email us.
• Access, correction or deletion: email support@airapvideos.ai from your account email to request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account and data. We may need to verify your identity first.
• Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK, Brazil or certain US states), you may have additional rights, such as to object to or restrict processing, data portability, or to appeal our decision. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Deleting your account removes access to your videos and credits. Some records may be kept as described in section 5.

8. Photos of other people

If you upload a photo of someone else, you must have their permission (see our Terms). If you believe your photo or likeness was used without permission, or that a minor's data was submitted, contact us through the Contact page and we will review it and remove content where appropriate.

9. Security

We use access controls, private storage, encrypted connections and limited-time file links to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your account safe and do not share links to private videos.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post changes here with a new date and give additional notice when required by law. Read it together with the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
