Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AI Rap Videos at airapvideos.ai (the "service", "we", "us"). By signing in, uploading photos, generating a video or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to use the service. Every person shown in a photo you upload must also be at least 18. We may close accounts and delete content when we have reason to believe these requirements are not met.

3. The service

AI Rap Videos turns photos into short AI-generated videos. You upload two separate portraits or one photo of two people together, then choose either a rap scene or a photo effect, plus the options offered in the creator, such as model, resolution, length and aspect ratio. For rap videos you can write your own lyrics (English or Chinese) or give a topic for the lyrics to be generated from. Lyrics are shown as subtitles in the video.

Every video is newly generated from your photos. The service does not edit or alter existing videos. Generation is performed by third-party AI models through our provider, so results vary and may differ from samples, previews and your expectations.

Features, scenes, effects, models and prices may change, and some options may be unavailable at times. A sample or preview shows what the service can produce; it is not a guarantee of an identical result.

4. Accounts

You need to sign in with Google to generate videos. Guests may look around and prepare a draft, but nothing is generated until you sign in. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. To prevent abuse, we may limit the number of accounts created from the same network, and we may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

5. Photos of people and permission

You may only upload photos that you own or are allowed to use. Before uploading a photo of anyone other than yourself, you must have that person's permission to use their photo to create an AI-generated video and to share the result the way you intend. You confirm this, and that everyone pictured is 18 or older, each time you generate.

• Do not upload photos of public figures, celebrities or anyone else without their authorization.
• Do not use the service to impersonate a real person or to make content that could be mistaken for a real recording of someone.
• Names, clothing designs, artwork, logos, music and other protected material in your photos or lyrics may need separate permission.

We check file type, size and dimensions only. We do not verify identities, ages or permissions, and these checks do not replace your responsibility to obtain them. If someone tells us their photo was used without permission, we may remove the content and restrict the account involved (see Contact).

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create, upload or share:

• Content involving minors in any way.
• Sexual or sexually suggestive content, nudity, or content that sexualizes a real person.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or content that targets a person or group.
• Misleading content, fraud, scams, fake endorsements, or political or election misinformation.
• Violence, self-harm, illegal activity, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Lyrics copied from existing songs or written to imitate a specific artist.

Also do not attempt to bypass limits, safety checks or payments, scrape or overload the service, or access other people's accounts or videos. Our provider's models apply automated content checks and may reject requests. We review reports we receive and may refuse, remove or restrict content or accounts, sometimes without prior notice, to protect people, comply with law or respond to rights claims.

7. Your content and generated videos

You keep the rights you have in your photos and lyrics. You give us and our service providers the limited permission needed to store, process and deliver your request, provide support, keep the service secure and handle deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your photos or videos in our own marketing without your separate permission.

Subject to these Terms and the rights of others, you may use the videos you generate, including for personal and social sharing. Generated videos may contain errors, unexpected lyrics or audio, imperfect resemblance or similarities to other works, and we do not guarantee that a video is unique, protected by copyright or free of third-party rights. Commercial use is your responsibility: check that you have every permission needed and review the model provider's commercial-use terms. Do not present a generated video as a real recording or an official collaboration with any person or brand.

8. Credits, previews and payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are bought in one-time credit packs or through monthly plans; the credits each item grants and the credits each video costs are shown before you buy or generate. Credits do not expire, including after you cancel a plan.

• If you have enough credits, they are charged when generation starts, and downloading that video costs nothing extra.
• When this option is available, an account without enough credits may keep one unpaid video. You can watch a 5-second watermarked preview, but cannot download it until you unlock the full video with credits or a one-time card payment. Accounts that have never paid may be limited to lower-cost options.
• The one-time payment price equals the video's credit cost multiplied by the per-credit price of the lowest-priced monthly plan, plus 10%, rounded to the cent.
• A failed generation returns the credits charged for it and does not use your unpaid-video slot.

Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Purchases are not refundable on request, except for service remedies and where the law requires; see the Refund Policy.

9. Storage and deletion

Previews and full videos are available for 30 days after generation completes; payment or account recovery does not extend this. Save your copy in time—the service is not permanent storage. Uploaded photos are deleted from our storage after processing, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete a paid or credit-funded video from its video page; unpaid videos can be deleted by contacting support.

10. Third-party content and links

The Ideas page shows public posts from X and other sites as inspiration. Those posts, their videos and images belong to their creators, are not our customers' results and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement. If you own content shown on the site and want it credited differently or removed, contact support@airapvideos.ai and we will review it promptly. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee completion times or that every request will succeed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from photos or content you submit, your use of generated videos, or your breach of these Terms, including claims that you used someone's photo without permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from the service are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and give additional notice when the law requires it. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it. Updates do not take away rights you already have for past purchases.
