Marble on the floor and the lights turned low
Forty years of rhythm and we still run the show
Silver in the hair but the flow is brand new

How the Rap Verse Generator Works
Three steps, no account.
- 01
Give it a topic
What the verse is about, in one line: moving to a new city, a first car, a long night shift.
- 02
Choose the bars
Eight bars for a short verse or a feature, sixteen for a full verse. Add a style, a mood and your rapper name if you like.
- 03
Use the verse
Copy it, build a song around it, or tick up to 8 lines for a rap video.
How a 16-Bar Rap Verse Is Built
The structure most verses follow, and the rhymes that hold it together.
Bars 5–12: build
Add specific details, a small story or a run of punchlines. Each couplet should move the verse forward.
Bars 13–16: land it
Save the strongest line for the end. The last two bars are the ones people quote.
Couplet rhymes
The simplest scheme is AABB: each pair of lines rhymes. It keeps the verse easy to follow and easy to perform.
Internal and multi-syllable rhymes
Rhymes inside the line, and rhymes across two or three syllables, make a verse sound skilled rather than simple.
Eight bars for features
A guest verse or a short video often needs only 8 bars. Write tight: one idea, one punchline.

What is a rap verse generator?
A rap verse generator writes one verse of a rap song, the part that tells the story between hooks, from a topic you give it. This one writes 8 or 16 bars in clean English or Chinese, with couplet and internal rhymes and the punchline at the end.
How many bars is a rap verse?
It depends on the song:
- 16 bars is the classic full verse.
- 8 bars suits a feature, a short video or a second verse.
- One bar is one line here, about one measure of the beat.
How do you make a verse your own?
Treat the AI verse as a draft:
- Swap in a real place, name or detail from your life.
- Rap it over the beat and cut the words that trip you up.
- Rewrite the last two bars until you would quote them.
- Keep your favourite rhymes and change the rest.
Turn Your Verse Into a Rap Video
Two performers, one verse, line by line.
After the verse is written, the first lines that fit one video are ticked for you: up to 8 lines, about 300 characters. A 16-bar verse is longer than one video, so change the ticks to keep the 8 bars you like best, then open the video creator with them filled in.
In the video, the lines alternate between the person on the left and the person on the right, so you and a friend split the verse. Everyone in the photos must be 18 or older and agree to be in it.

Rap Verse Generator FAQ
Free use, bars, languages and videos.
Is the rap verse generator free?
Yes. Writing verses is free and needs no account. Each visitor gets a daily number of AI-written verses; after that you get a quick template version. Only the rap video costs credits, and the creator shows the price first.
What is a bar in rap?
A bar is one measure of the beat, usually four beats. In written lyrics one bar is usually one line, so a 16-bar verse is about 16 lines.
Can I add my rapper name?
Yes. Fill in the rapper name field and the verse may mention it. Need a name first? Try our rap name generator (English only).
Can it write a verse in Chinese?
Yes. Switch the lyrics language to 中文 for a Chinese verse, in Simplified or Traditional characters depending on the site language.
Can I get a hook for the same topic?
Yes. The rap hook generator writes three hooks for one topic; put one between your verses and you have a song. The rap lyrics generator writes a whole song in one go.
Can I use the verse in my own song?
The verse is written fresh for your topic and never copies existing songs, so use it as you like. In the US, text generated purely by AI may not be protected by copyright; your own rewrites can be.
Is what I type stored?
The topic and rapper name are sent to our AI provider to write the verse; we do not save them with your account. Recent takes stay in your browser only.
